My practice centers on encouraging people to be present and comfortable in their bodies. I hold space for my patients to connect with themselves and gently allow holding patterns to shift. I especially love supporting athletes, as well as women with health goals around fertility and changing hormones.

My approach is a blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Kiiku Matsumoto style, and trigger point therapy. In addition to acupuncture and bodywork, patient education is an important part of supporting you. This can include tips for dietary health, movement, mobility, and breathing exercises.

I love working with those who are open to self-reflection, and willing to empower themselves. As humans, we can carry pain and trauma in our bodies without knowing why. I am here to facilitate wellbeing by holding a safe space for you to let go of things that no longer serve you, and invite in new energies.

I studied and earned my MS LAc at Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City in an incredible hands-on three-year program. Prior to this, I worked as an archivist/librarian in magazine publishing. The Hudson Valley was an amazing place to grow up and develop as a runner, skiier and climber.
